Camping on Cape Cod :: Lower Cape

Nickerson State Park, Brewster
This 1900-acre park is one of the most popular parks in the state of Massachusetts. It has miles of hiking trails and multiple freshwater ponds for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. There is also an awesome playground for kids and there are scheduled shows in the amphitheater for family entertainment. Sweetwater Forest Family Campground, Brewster
This beautiful wooded campground has been operating for nearly 65 years and is ideal for families. Over 80 acres include a freshwater pond for boating, fishing, and wildlife viewing. Ice cream socials, mini-golf tournaments, sunset hayrides, and karaoke are just a few of the family-friendly activities available at Sweetwater.

Atlantic Oaks, Eastham
This campground boasts large wooded sites for RVers and tent campers alike. If you like biking, you’re in luck. The iconic Cape Cod Rail Trail is directly behind this campground, making it easy to access. This clean campground also makes camping on Cape Cod easy for pet owners! There is a lovely dog park onsite for your four-legged children and a playground for your two-legged children.

Camping on Cape Cod :: Outer Cape

Coastal Acres, Provincetown
This campground is in a beautiful location surrounded by nature. Many outdoor activities are nearby, including beaches, hiking trails, and scenic views. Maurice’s Campground, Wellfleet
Located on the Outer Cape, Maurice’s Campground offers a unique experience of staying close to the Cape Cod National Seashore. Bourne Scenic Park, Bourne
This campground’s location is a haven of tranquility! Nestled along the Cape Cod Canal, you can leisurely bike or walk along the paved pathway or fish in the waterway. The campground is immaculate, with over 400 sites available, including updated cabins and lodges. Live entertainment is also routinely scheduled during the summer season.

Scusset Beach Campground, Sagamore
This waterfront campground is located right at the mouth of the Cape Cod Canal. You can enjoy the sights of the boats passing through and all of the recreational activities the canal offers. Biking, walking, and fishing are popular along paved pathways. Camping on Cape Cod has an activity for everyone!
